Welcome to the Creative Rwanda Portal, operated by Inzira Creative Partners. By creating an account and using this platform, you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account on the Creative Rwanda Portal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not create an account.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Creative Profiles

If you register as a creative, you understand that:

• Your creative profile is subject to review and approval by the Inzira team before it becomes publicly visible.
• Edits to an approved profile will require re-approval before changes become publicly visible.
• Inzira reserves the right to reject or remove profiles that do not meet community standards.

4. Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, including profile information, images, and portfolio materials. You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or creative work.
• Use the platform for spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation outside of your creative profile.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content to the platform, you grant Inzira Creative Partners a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the Creative Rwanda Portal for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

6. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our privacy practices. We collect only the information necessary to operate the platform and will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Opportunities and Funding

Inzira facilitates access to opportunities and funding but does not guarantee outcomes. Applications are reviewed by the relevant parties, and decisions are at their sole discretion.

8. Platform Availability

We strive to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

Inzira reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting our team.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
